Don't get me wrong, Santorini is full of gorgeous boutique hotels and it's hard if not impossible to say which is the most beautiful of them all, but for me the Grace hotel has an edge.

2 - Katikies (Oia)
Katikies it is one of the historic hotels on the caldera of Santorini, and also like the Grace hotel is cave style.
