Exists a resort in Jamaica, where past celebrities such as have stayed Marilyn Monroe e Ian Fleming and where, even today, it can happen to be seen Kate Moss or the former English Prime Minister John Major.
We are at "Jamaica Inn”, a small but very elegant resort, with a splendid private beach, which overlooks one of the most beautiful bays on the whole island. Here Marilyn stayed with Arthur Miller during their honeymoon. The most famous couple of those years had spent several days at Moon Point, in the villa of Lady Pamela Bird, an English aristocrat.
The resort is still very traditional and it is loved above all for the tranquility of the cottages, where there isn't even a TV in the room. Even the waiters have a very "vintage" appearance: in the evening they wear white jackets, as tradition dictates. One of the few touches of modernity is given by the holistic wellness center present in the structure.
In the breakfast room, the pink and white checkered tablecloths they create a wonderful contrast of colors with the cobalt blue sky. Not far away is the croquet court, where it seems that Rupert everett always beat everyone.
In the bookcase, there are yellowed photos of other illustrious guests of the "Jamaica Inn", among these, those of Winston Churchill e Ian Fleming.
The hotel has tried to renew itself over the years but retains intact the atmosphere loved by the stars of the past. Between one cottage and another, there are Ethiopian almond and apple trees.
Nature lovers can get lucky and happen upon the season hatching of turtles on the beach. Moving away a little, towards the neighbor dolphincove, they will be able to experience the thrill of swimming together with dolphins.
It's there in fifteen minutes GoldenEye, the residence that belonged to Ian Fleming, who wrote some of the James Bond novels right here in Jamaica. A few years ago, GoldenEye was transformed into a luxury resort, with the possibility of staying in the room where Fleming's original desk is. Furthermore, there are swimming pools on the beach and a bar where there is always movement, ideal for lovers of fun at all costs.
