Possibly, you can spend pleasant moments of relaxing on the beach. Characterized by turquoise colored water and very white grains of sand. The tour on the Isle of Pines can continue towards the old ones penal bathrooms and the deportees' cemetery. The penal baths, used between 1872 and 1912 and of which today it is possible to visit only what remains of the prison, from the water tanks to the deportees' cemetery.

This is why it is important to visit the cultural center Jean Marie Tjibaou.

In the first there is the reception, an auditorium capable of hosting around 400 people, and various exhibition rooms. The second section contains offices for professionals and scholars, a conference room, a library and a video library.
