The Museo del Ferrocarril in Madrid is one of the most beautiful and interesting museums in Madrid. This railway museum, located in the old station of Delicias, is one of the most representative examples of historical railway architecture over the years.
Keep a Complete collection of vintage locomotives and carriages, through which we can understand the evolution of steam, electric and diesel locomotives, in over a century and a half of the railway's existence, and the conditions in which passengers have traveled.
Antique clocks, rooms and models dedicated to the railway infrastructure and central control stations complete the exhibition and make the visit even more interesting.

How to reach us
You can reach the Museo del Ferrocarril with the various public transport in the city of Madrid.
With suburban rail service surroundings use the lines C1 and C10, and get off at the Delicias station.
By underground take line 3 of the metro and get off at Delicias station.
If you want to come in instead bus, use the bus lines: 8, 19, 45, 47, 59, 85 and 86.
