There is a place in Copenhagen, exactly at number 19 of Admiralgade, where citizens and travelers can finally find the answer to the most popular question of all time: what is happiness?
His name is Happiness Museum and we are not surprised that such a place was born right in the nerve center of Copenhagen, a city already known for being among the happiest destinations in the world.
Why in Denmark happiness is a serious thing and we learned it from hygge, that philosophy of life which contains, in a single term, a world of nuances, all aimed at the search for happiness.

A word that takes on different connotations, but always oriented towards the well-being of people, and which today belongs to the entire world. It is no coincidence that Denmark aims to include the term hygge in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The country seems to have found what it is the antidote against anxiety and stress that distinguish our days, a magical formula of happiness that we too can now discover right inside the Happiness Museum located in the historic center of Copenhagen.
The project owns the firm of Meik Wiking, CEO of Happiness Research Institute, a think tank that has long been responsible for monitoring the level of well-being and quality of life of people, not only in the country, but throughout the world. A museum that invites visitors to explore happiness from different perspectives.

The aim of the project is to allow people to undertake a small journey towards happiness, emerging more aware and motivated to transform their lives and the entire world.
The museum of happiness is located inside a building built at the end of the 18th century it houses eight rooms which invite the visitor to explore happiness. Thanks to technology, the experience becomes multimedia and the interaction between the place and the person is at the center of everything.
Along the way, people find themselves dealing with their own feelings: what really makes us happy? Work, health or income? All that remains is to discover it within the walls of the Happiness Museum, destined to become the home of hygge.
