L’Holland Travel Ticket it is a small card, called a smart-card, which must be purchased at the NS ticket machines (of the Dutch railways), or at the NS Tickets & Service Desk in the stations. The Tourist Card must however be validated at the end and beginning of each trip made with its use on the means of transport used. The Tourist Card is not valid on Thalys vehicles, but only on Intercity Direct trains or ICE (the latter requires the payment of a small supplement). In any case, visiting Holland by train using a single train ticket, in addition to being an excellent solution to traffic problems, is also a dream for many travellers.
